As an engineering subcontractor to Inmarsat, PGA Engineers is providing project bid engineering for marine/air band communications, Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB), search and rescue transponder, Collision Avoidance Radar System (CARS), LAN/WAN/VOIP, Public Address Emergency Alarm System (PAES), CCTV, subsea security sonar, person on board, Non-Directional Beacon (NDB), and Telecommunications UPS.

Bid engineering consists of the development of system functional descriptions, block diagrams, detailed cost modeling and analysis, vendor quotation management, clarification response and engineering meetings.

The Mariscal Sucre Dragon and Patao fields are located around 25 miles north of Paria Peninsula in the state of Sucre, Venezuela, at a water depth of 328-427 feet (100 to 130 meters). They are the first offshore gas developments in Venezuela.
